With significant experience in marketing and communications, I bring in-depth and diverse expertise in developing strategies that build brands and grow business in global markets. I have a deep understanding of the nuances and success factors of internal and external communications delivered via traditional, digital and social channels of engagement.
Life Experience / Insightful Applications
I have a natural curiosity of life, culture, the human experience, how things work, and the psychology behind what motivates people to action. Beginning my career in educational publishing in New York, my career and travels brought me to developing communications for financial information feeds in London, marketing labor industries in Australia, and even helping to market local trekking in southeast Asia. Continuing on, and back in the states, I found myself in North Carolina, where I continued my ties with New York. I worked to stay on trend with marketing consumer fashion goods, however, as the textile industry experienced a downturn with the economy, I pivoted to technology and science with global specialty chemical manufacturers. My curiosity runs deep, and my life experiences provide insightful perspective. It is these unique factors that come together to provide the base of how I develop informed content and effective messaging to grow brands.
Based on a combination of cross functional interaction, market research, CX/customer journey assessment and voice of customer analysis, I have successfully positioned brands, formalized messaging and identified targets.
